Monica is the most professional, ethical, honest real estate agent I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with many agents over my lifetime. We came to Austin looking for a condo to buy in the downtown area. She immediately gave us a list of condos that matched what we were looking for. We found one to our liking, arranged for a walkthrough the next day. We are aware of how quickly real estate turns in Austin at this point and made a fair offer and it was accepted. We then came across the perfect condo for us within the next few days. We were able to get in quickly to see it, made an offer with other bids already looming, even though this property had been on the market for only one day! Monica was able to get us out of the other property and negotiated a convenient closing date for us and the seller, since we were from out of town. The whole process went very smoothly for us and the seller. On top of this, she help find someone to sublet the house we were renting, so we didn't have to pay for the balance of the lease. All through this, Monica met our needs, was pleasant and communicated well and I would highly recommend her.
