Joan is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and is very organized. The most amazing multitasker that I have ever seen. My wife and I were from out of town and had a short time frame to find a house and make an offer (4 days). We looked at houses, made an offer, negotiated the offer to acceptance, and had the home inspection all complete before having to fly back out of town on the fourth day. Joan made it happen and we feel very fortunate that she was our agent.

Due to receiving a job offer out of state, we wanted to sell our house in short order. Joan came recommended from a family member who had listed with her 6 months prior. She is extremely knowledgable about the housing market in the area and suggested we list quite a bit higher than we were intending for the quick sale. Due to the price point, we were worried about getting enough traffic; but Joan insisted we should stay the course. It turns out that the third couple to view the house purchased it and we closed at a price ten percent higher than what we wanted. Joan's communication and advice was excellent thoughout the process and we always felt as if we were her only client. We would highly recommend her to list your home!
