I am writing this afternoon, one week after our South Beach condominium closed, to share with you how pleased we are with the services given to us by Ms. Yamile Espinosa. The process for selling our property as a “short-sale” was extremely frustrating, lengthy, and difficult. As I am sure you are aware, working with the banks in these “short-sale” situations requires significant knowledge and skill. The average realtor gives up before the process can be brought to an acceptable conclusion. About Yamile

Yamile is native from Colombia and has been a US Citizen for decades. Living in South Florida since 1979 she studied Business and went on to be a successful business owner for over 20 years. In the past she has been involved with fund raisers for nonprofit organizations such as The Red Cross involving sports celebrities. This experience has given Yamile a different outlook to the meaning of "giving to those in need".

Yamile has been in Real Estate for more than 7 years. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker she is the founder of Miami Grand Realty, INC. For three years she has been leading a group of successful realtors. Yamile is a firm believer in exceeding expectations and enhancing the quality of life. To her, being a Realtor is about selling a life style and creating relationships based on trust, knowledge and expertise and her performance reflects that.
