Outstanding. Superlative. Top Drawer. Use whatever term you want. They are THE best. We dealt with a few agents before settling on Liz's Team, who have an intimate knowledge of our neighborhood. Rather than redo the entire house as the previous agent wanted to do, they recommended making minimal updates to maximize the price. They even suggested not doing some things that we wanted to do as being unnecessary. Working with a connected company, the repairs and updates were done efficiently and quickly. Their marketing campaign was outstanding. They also understand the requirements of different cultures. Open house on Sunday, bids accepted Wednesday. The house sold in 4 days. Substantially over asking with no other encumbrances. It was pretty much puppies and rainbows.

Growing up in Walnut Creek, California, Liz was raised in real estate. Her dad was a builder and developer who also had his real estate license. He taught her early on that “there is nothing greater than owning your own home and land”. Liz got married at 20 years old, and she and her husband promptly bought their first home.
Liz has been a principal in real estate for 38 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Liz was the General Manager of 11 retail stores. Working with hundreds of people, training, marketing, merchandise management, and selling products has been a natural transition into real estate. She has an eye for detail and an inner knowledge for what people desire.
