About Temple

It was more than 30 years ago when I discovered my passion for real estate... nearly by accident. After a spending a year in marketing, an amazing opportunity came to me. A friend heard I was looking for a change and a client of hers that was successful in real estate was looking for an assistant. Little did I know, her client happened to be a top agent in North Scottsdale. This was an incredible gift, a beginning that lead me to where I am today. I was mentored by one of the greatest. I got my start in the luxury real estate market where we spent a great deal of time marketing luxury golf communities and lifestyle. From there I branched out to the luxury home environment of Paradise Valley - completely different than North Scottsdale luxury homes. These palatial estates have incredible history behind them. Having experienced the best of both luxury markets, I am fortunate to have been able to sustain the changes in the marketplace. In 2006, I became a short sale negotiation specialist and for a good part of five years, I assisted homeowners with selling their homes and negotiating loan settlements and payoffs. I specialized in new starts and today many of those families are able to buy again.
