What do Clients Say?

"When we were selling our condo, her experience with staging helped show our condo at its best. Laurel is a hard worker and very pleasant to work with."

Roger & Peggy Schmitz, Sellers & Buyers

"We have moved around the country and worked with many REALTORS, but you are at the top of the list. You made the process of looking for a new home fun and easy."

Greg & Judy McCoy, Buyers

"Laurel really helped us negotiate our purchase of a repo property from a bank. Then after we all had cleaned, painted and put in new carpet and fixtures, she then helped us find great renters for a long term lease. Once she finds out what you are looking for she stays in for the finish. Without question she does a great job!! We will certainly use her again for our next purchase or sale!!

Gary & Pam Edwards, Buyers

"Sandy and I appreciate your recent handling of the listing and sale of our condo at High Point Place. It was as fast a sale as we have had. That's saying a lot since this was the fifteenth place that we have owned. Your performance as our agent in both the listing and sale was exceptional. You are a great communicator and a true professional at your job. I'm sure our buyer feels the same. If we get the urge to sell or buy again you know we will not hesitate to call you or recommend other to you."

Chuck & Sandy Dorst, Sellers

"Thank you Laurel for your efficiency and expertise in getting the condo sold. A win-win all around. The buyer got a good deal, and we can move forward with thoughts of our lake house in the Carolina mountains."

David & Sarah Andrew, Sellers

About Laurel

I market residential propterties in the greater Fort Myers, FL, area, with an emphasis on the condominiums in downtown Fort Myers.  I live and own at High Point Place, the best condominium building downtown, but I am a bit biased!  I received my Illinois eal estate license in 1986, and actively sold for 12 years, until the motorhome lifestyle "bug" bit my husband.  After 13 years of living in our motorhome full-time, we sold the motorhome, and settled in Fort Myers, FL.  I received my Florida brokers license in 2014, and I have enjoyed working with folks hoping to buy their own piece of paradise!
