We have lived in Lexington on a part-time basis since 2008, and over theyears interacted with a large number of realtors. We met Eric in the spring of 2014 at an open house, and were immediately struck by his professionalism, enthusiasm, and friendly/honest/open demeanor.For these reasons, we then reached out to him in the winter of 2015 when we were ready to purchase a house. Throughout the process, Eric was extremely accessible via email/text/phone, and spent a significant amount of time discussing our options over email. His insights into the various price points in the neighborhoods we were considering were extremely valuable. Despite this, he NEVER came across as pushy oraggressive, but he did put us in the best position such that our offer on our first-choice house was competitive and ultimately accepted.Purchasing or selling a house is clearly a "process", and he guided us through the process until we reached our own conclusionson our own terms (even if he initially suspected we would eventually reach these conclusions). He is someone you can completely trust. He was 100% focused on helping us, not on turning a quick real estate transaction.We cannot give a higher recommendation for Eric Bumm.

I had known Eric to be an honest person of high integrity prior to working with him professionally. Although his focus at the time was on residential real estate, it was because of his trustworthy character that I asked him to work with me on a commercial property purchase. It was a good decision! Eric worked extremely hard to find every viable property for me to consider, and he was very thorough in advising me through the commercial offer and negotiation process, even though commercial isn't his primary focus. Eric is dead-set on making his clients happy, and he's great at using all the resources available to him to ensure that all bases are covered.

He was good! He helped me decide on lot of things and try to get on my level so we could make decisions for my best interest. For area i was choosing from he was not as familiar but still was able to adapt quick and learn the area quickly. He set up showings and made things easy for me. He went through the process of buying house and shared all his knowledge and done more then he needed to to get the process done quickly and smoothly as possible. which we all know is not an easy task. He was not over pushy or tried to get me to do things i didn't want to. I recommend him to everyone i know and will continue too!
