When you ask Bob Little’s clients to describe him, you invariably hear them talk about his knowledge, his confidence and his all-around “nice guy” demeanor. 

Knowledge

Bob’s knowledge of the Greater Las Vegas area comes naturally. He was born here; he grew up here; he received degrees in finance and finance management from UNLV. So, he’s not a newbie. He knows the area as well as, if not better than, any other Las Vegas real estate agent. 

His knowledge of the nitty-gritty world of real estate came the hard way – through hard work. 

It started even before he became a REALTOR®. With five years experience as a mortgage branch manager heading a team of loan officers, Bob learned the ins, outs and options home buyers have in securing mortgages. Once he left the mortgage business and received his real estate license, his education didn’t stop as he went on to earn his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation (which only 3% of agents attain). Recognizing his expertise, he was asked to serve as president of the Las Vegas CRS board of directors in 2014.
