About Kathie

Kathie has been a Realtor in the Yakima Valley Region since 1994. Over this span of years, Kathie has learned to deal with a wide variety of Real Estate issues successfully getting her clients to the closing table every time!

Before Real Estate work Kathie and her husband, John, had a long history of both on-camera work and television production for a network in Northern California which produced programming for local, national and international audiences.  "'California Tonight,' a magazine show shot around the San Francisco Bay Area, was my favorite!" Kathie admits.  "Being an on-camera Producer allowed me to meet and interview many creative and famous people."  As a writer, Kathie also helped design much of the advertising and commercials that kept the station going financially. "We had some of the top Ad people in CA working for our network. It was a real education!"

"There's actually a lot of 'show biz' in marketing Real Estate," Kathie says.  "I always try to figure out what is unique about each individual property and 'romance' it.
