We met Maria Elena at an open house while visiting Arizona as we started a search for a winter home. She showed great patience and flexibility as we would plan vacations over a year and a half while honing our search for just the right location. When we arrived she was always well prepared with data and information about different neighborhoods that would meet our qualifications. When we found just the right one, Tom joined in and helped as we went through the purchase process from out of state. They were both fabulous and communicated over different forms of available sources. They both even went to a condo and video chatted a viewing for us. We have worked with MariaElena and Tom for a couple of years trying to find a place in Arizona for a second home. They both showed me many homes, condos, and townhomes over that time. They spent many hours of their time trying to find us just what we wanted. We changed our minds several times, but they never gave up on us and always kept in touch with all the latest homes for sale. We live in Colorado and have always wanted a place in Arizona where we can spend more time with our family, especially the grandchildren. My husband was out in February and met with them and wanted to look again while he was there. He went over with them exactly what we were looking and they found the perfect home within a couple of days. It was a surprise for me for my Birthday. I think it was the first time they sold a home to the husband without the wife there, but I couldn't be happier. The community is so great and can't wait to be a part of it.
