There were a variety of reasons I choose to hang my license with the North&Co. brokerage.  For starters, they only bring on experienced and full-time agents.  I knew I wanted to be somewhere that I was surrounded by other agents who are fully engaged in the brokerage and would push me to be the best version of myself.  If you're from the area, you know North&Co. as a luxury brand based in the Arcadia area of Phoenix.  There are roughly 165 licensed agents within the brokerage and the brokerage is frequently in the top ten of production amongst all other brokerages in the city of Phoenix, which is huge considering some of the competing brokerages have thousands of agents and not to mention that there are thousands of brokerages.  There is also a sense of philanthropy at North&Co.  most of the agents including myself are donating with each transaction to the Arizona Housing Fund and the brokerage itself contributes as well.
