This lady is GREAT! I've bought and sold a number of properties over the years in Texas, California and here in Virginia. When I look back over 40 years I've never worked with a RE Agent who was so responsive and so committed to initially helping us sell our home and then almost immediately finding our new home - even though it was not on the market! How's that for coming through.

Our experience as first time home buyers would probably not have been amazing without Lauren. She is THE REALTOR to work with. As first timers, Lauren always took the time to answer our questions (no matter how basic), advised us as well as walk us through at every step of the whole home buying process (not a walk in the park for first timers I assure you). She was also always quick to respond and always readily available quickly whenever we called/texted. There were several things we believe sets Lauren apart from others: (1) Her passion and sense of ownership in helping us find the RIGHT home. We visited over 20 properties and every time, she was patient with us and also helped us consider what we truly wanted/must haves (2) Her honesty. It was also very refreshing to have candid conversations and discussions on strategy/offers especially since we were looking to buy around the competitive NOVA real estate market. (3) Care for her clients. We really appreciated that she always made sure we understood what was going on at each step as sometimes the process can be confusing. Further, there was alot of jargon in the contracts/tasks/contingencies that could be very overwhelming. We always felt very comfortable asking her any questions. (4) Preparation. While visiting homes, she would prepare to give us an understanding of the market sales history of the particular neighborhood, then during the visitations itself, she would also ask us questions to help us narrow down if this was the one. (5) Experience. Lauren is definitely someone you want on your side. She knows alot and was essential in helping us strategize in putting in our offer. She was also there for us in navigating negotiations with the Seller. (6) Being there even after closing. In addition to helping us close on our new place, she continues to help us in providing us advice for our new home with respect to improvement endeavors/contractors etc. All in all, buying a home during the coronavirus is a crazy endeavor but it was a wonderful experience thanks to Lauren. Words alone is insufficient to do this review justice but She really deserves more than 5 stars!!! We will not hesitate to introduce her to anyone in a heartbeat.

We hired Lauren to dual list our townhome for both sale and rent. Lauren was fantastic throughout the entire process from getting our home prepared for the listing, including great professional pictures, full 3D home rendering walkthrough, marketing materials, etc., to negotiating and fielding offers, to final signing of a lease agreement and ensuring the tenant was squared away for their start date. Although we ended up renting our home (which was our goal from the start of the process), Lauren spent considerable amount of time and effort on the sale side as well showing the house to countless interested parties, hosting open houses, etc.. all of which we valued. Lauren does a great job rolling up her sleeves when needed/asked and going above and beyond. She is also extremely knowledgeable on the local Potomac Yard market and the happenings in the area and other attributes that truly "sell" the home and neighborhood. We would absolutely use Lauren again and have and will continue to recommend her to friends! Thank you Lauren for making the stressful and painful process of listing and selling/renting your home as smooth as it could have been for our family (especially given our two little kiddos)!
