She uses this advantage to help navigate customers through the real estate process. She is a compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy agent that is focused on educating families on the benefits of particular neighborhoods for their school-age children, loves the excitement of selling large acreage real estate (including commercial and horse properties), as well as working with her mature clients looking to retire in the Sarasota area.  

She comes from a large family, many of whom are local business owners. Rooted in the community she can offer advice on schools, family activities, and more. After attending Georgia College and State University, she returned to her hometown of Sarasota, on the Gulf coast, and started her career. 

Her work experience includes owning a local gas contracting and supply company, Flanders Gas, Inc., with her husband. 

Jenn began her real estate career in 2010 when her youngest child began school and she obtained her broker’s license in 2017. She knows the Sarasota real estate market like the back of her hand!
