Wow I have worked with a lot of realtors in my time and have bought and sold 100s of properties in 10 states and 2 countries but I have never experienced a realtor with such amazing follow-up and responsiveness. I have to say of the all the realtors I have ever worked with he is NUMBER 1! I often wondered if Blake ever sleeps. He is like a super human working all hours of the day. He would respond to emails and texts almost instantly. He went above and beyond any of my expectations as a realtor. He also seemed to truly care about me as the customer and not just his commission. I truly believe Blakes motivation is customer satisfaction . I would highly recommend Blake to anyone who wants to list or buy property. One other thing I have never shared with Blake -we all need and want a realtor who is aggressive and works hard. He kept calling me and calling me and texting me for my business. I would never call or text back but he kept persisting in a professional way that when I did go to list I chose him because of his tenacity and drive to get my business.
