He proceeded to quickly give me an overview of what to expect. The bonus is that he was born and raised in Kona and knows every piece of real estate inside and out. He is eager and aggressive in searching out possible buys all on a weekend and was available to help me with my rental, giving me maps, directions, even came to my rescue when I was locked out. Blake had been my property manager for several years before I decided to sell. Always did his best to meet my needs as well as those of my tenants--not always an easy thing to do--but he took on the challenge.
