About Wayne

Wayne Peterson is the Principal and Designated Broker for IDAHO LUXE®, an independent, luxury brokerage in the North Idaho Lake Country, including Lake Coeur d'Alene, Lake Pend Oreille, Priest Lake, and Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.  Wayne is not a lifelong Realtor®. Instead, he is a highly creative marketing executive who has been effective for decades in very demanding assignments. Wayne has thirty years’ executive experience collaborating with high net worth clients, and he understands those clients very well.  IDAHO LUXE® works exclusively with sellers, and is focused on high-value, true luxury, and prestige properties.

Wayne and his wife, Marilee, are not in Idaho either by birth or happenstance. Instead, they are Idahoan’s after careful research, and by a deliberate, delighted choice. They relocated to North Idaho from Vermont.
