Trying to buy a home in an unfamiliar city in this historically hot housing market could have been an awful experience. However, Kristin made the whole process shockingly smooth and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable, and she takes the time and effort to get to know you and your personal preferences so she can help help tailor your home search. Because of this, she is able to anticipate your questions and be your eyes and ears on the ground, which is invaluable when you're not local to the area. There were times where my fiance and I saw houses pop up on Zillow that we liked, and we would message Kristin only to find out she had already made inquiries and set up showings for us! Easy to talk to, honest, willing to work with your schedule, and she NEVER pressures you to make a decision that you're not 100% comfortable making. She went to bat for us, made sure she was there for us every step of the way, and actively engaged with all parties to ensure everything went smoothly. She does her best to make the move-in process as smooth as the purchasing process, from recommending contractors to scheduling carpet cleanings to even being your house sitter if you can't move in immediately. Bottom line, we felt like we made a friend in addition to finding a great realtor. Can't recommend Kristin highly enough!

However, Kristin showed us it was possible and connected us with the right loan company even before our search began. She was very knowledgeable of the area and how to get the home we loved without needing to break the bank. She fought for our offer during the process and got us the first home we bid on.
