A Myrtle Beach native, Deven graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Communications in May 2013, and one week later obtained her South Carolina real estate license.

With both parents practicing real estate for over 60 combined years, she acquired a keen interest in the profession naturally.

With experience in luxury real estate, market knowledge across several states, creative marketing tactics and strong communication skills, Deven sets herself apart while gaining client satisfaction and trust. She works with Jason Green as a Buyer’s Specialist.

Deven currently lives in Carolina Forest and loves being at the beach and spending time with her mom and dad, Epp and Dona Lee.
