Excellent experience with Brian searching and finding a home in a market with limited inventory in upscale homes with significant privacy/land. I had a list of about 15 requirements concerning lot size, minimum distance from various noise sources including highways and such, number of garages, etc; as well as another longer list of preferences, which Brian used in his search (instead of ignoring it like some realtors would do). I was very active in finding homes, and Brian was extremely responsive in showing homes I was interested in, as well as providing expertise and local experience concerning pricing, negotiating, and closing the sale on an amazing home that fit all of my requirements, as well as getting it for an appropriate price which was below the listing price. If you need a really great realtor in every way, Brian is the one. We bought a home in Norman and he was extremely professional and excellent in guiding us through every phase of the process. He was perfect in locating a house, pointing out the positives and negatives, recommending a price to offer, negotiating with the sellers, helping us find the best lender and everything else that came up during this purchase. Before we closed on the house the winter storm froze and broke pipes and flooded the house. Brian was the one who found the running water, and greatly helped in getting repairs done. His judgement is excellent and his advise correct. He is in it for his client. He is hard working, honest, knowledge of real estate in this area and very reliable. In the above rankings to give his negotiation skills a five star is an understatement. When Brian talks, people listen. But he also listens and understands when people talk. There must be things left out in trying to depict his excellence. I’m sure this short paragraph didn’t do him justice. Brian previously worked as a Realtor in Austin, Texas and moved to Norman in 2009 with his wife, Meredith, who is a professor of sociology at the University of Oklahoma.
