About Hollie

Hollie Sims has a wide range of experience in the real estate industry specifically in new home construction, but is also no stranger to the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Hollie relocated to Charlotte in 1997 after graduating from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Science degree. From there Hollie immediately started her family owned and operated new construction home building business. She worked in this business for 18 years and decided to use her knowledge to start her residential real estate career. Her knowledge and experience has allowed her to obtain such awards as “Builder of Integrity” in 2007 and 2013. She has also been recognized for her commendable customer service in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2021. These awards help demonstrate her focus on customer service, timely and consistent communication skills and her overall attention to detail to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved in any real estate transaction. Hollie believe strongly, that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the buying and selling process. Hollie resides in Concord with her husband Jesse and two German Shorthaired Pointers. During Hollie’s free time she enjoys spending time with her family including her two step sons Dustin and Nathan Sims. She also loves doing yard work, boating, snowboarding and bird hunting with her husband their pointers.
