I originally contacted Max Sanchez because I knew Max from many years ago from real estate and appraising real estate. When it was time to come to town and start looking I contacted Max's on-line site and was contacted by Syndi. I knew from searching exactly the homes I wanted to see and Syndi arranged them by area over a 3 day period. The first day I saw 6 homes and 3 of those were good possible homes. Price and location weighed heavily and I chose a property in the area that I was most interested and and Syndi wrote the offer. We had an acceptance the next morning and I closed a few weeks later from where I was living. Syndi was great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and professional and worked to see that required repairs were made while I was preparing to move. I can't say enough good things about her and the entire process including inspections and other details that had to be taken care of. I am a New Mexican native, born and raised in Albuquerque! You will find beautiful Sandia mountains, chile and the Balloon Fiesta here! I have more than 20 years of sales experience and know what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner in a way that will alleviate any and all concerns you may have had before beginning the process. When I am not showing homes, and negotiating deals, I can be found in the kitchen cooking up an extravagant meal, spending time with family, or getting some exercise in.
