community involvement, Peggy is a graduate of the University of Alabama, holding a degree in

elder counseling.

Prior to her thriving real estate career, she enjoyed a dynamic 16-year tenure with Delta Air

Lines, where she excelled in the Promotional Marketing department, negotiating with movie

producers on product placement. Her passion for cinema led her to relish reading movie scripts

before they hit the big screen. These negotiation skills seamlessly transitioned into her successful

venture into real estate.

For Peggy, faith, family, and her beloved rescue dog, Roxie, are top priorities. She approaches

her business with a unique perspective, viewing every customer as a friend first and a business

partner second. Her commitment to ensuring that decisions are informed by facts and

Beyond her professional endeavors, Peggy is deeply involved in her community. She has served

on numerous non-profit boards and held the position of Past President of the largest Rotary club

in St. Augustine. Additionally, she took on the challenge of starting a new Rotary club in

response to a request from leadership at the zone level. Her new club, the Rotary Club of St.

Augustine Sunset, is still growing and making an impact on the lives of others in St. Johns

county.

Peggy and her husband were drawn to St. Augustine, and it quickly became home. Having

moved six times within the city over the span of 30 years, she empathizes with every customer's

move and understands the emotions that accompany such transitions. Her intimate knowledge of
