As a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, Ryan has an extensive knowledge of the area and its surrounding neighborhoods. Before real estate, Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois and lettered in both Football and Men’s Track and Field.

He continued chasing his football dreams resulting in a dominant athletic playing career expanding to both the National Football League (NFL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL). His experience as a professional athlete not only taught him discipline, resilience, and structure but also the importance of building and maintaining relationships.
