I was in the market for buying my first home. I started by contacting a few lenders and one of them referred me to Rob Hall. Rob was without a doubt the best thing about the home buying experience. He talked me through what I needed to do with the lenders and the questions I needed to ask when getting a loan in my budget. Rob really shined when it came to making an offer and negotiating. He also sells houses so he knows both sides of the table and how to get the most out of a buy/sell. He has a lot of experience and explained to me the different listings, the different situations, and the different ways we could go about making offers. In the end I got the 1st house I wanted and ended up very satisfied with what he saved me in closing costs. I've never purchased a house before. It isn't my thing, and when I'm not familiar with something I can get frustrated about it. Rob relieved any frustrations by always having answers and reassuring me whenever something would come up.
