Moving day finally! My family closed on our dream home a few weeks ago and we are officially moving in today. So exciting! We have our outstanding realtor, DeBrosia Griffin to thank for it. When we met her we had visited a number of houses and were basically going in circles. DeBrosia took charge and patiently educated us on the process, guided us step-by-step and found us the perfect home. We were a very trying bunch with distinctly different personalities and different wish lists. There were times when she had to act as realtor and conflict manager. I was amazed at her exceptional ability to strike a delicate balance between firmness and professionalism. When my wife and I decided to buy our next home, we knew we needed realtor. We hired DeBrosia Griffin, and honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Not only is she very knowledgeable in the buying process for new construction, she was likewise very knowledgeable in answering pretty much any of our questions (and we had plenty!) and always made herself available. She showed up onsite intermittently through out the process and had a keen eye to point out any discrepancies and bring it to the attention of the builder on our behalf, which even their representatives spoke very highly of her as well! She has your back like family, very thorough, keen eye, attention to detail, knew the right questions to ask, often reviewed the contract for any discrepancies—her ultimate goal was that “[her] client is happy and in their totally NEW home” …Look no further and hire DeBrosia. My husband and I met with DeBrosia Griffin at our home to go over key selling points and other pertinent topics prior to listing. She was always available to answer our questions and very knowledgeable regarding current market performance, including accurate data on area comps and average time they stayed on the market. With this knowledge and expertise she was able to reassure us the best time to list our home. She initially did a thorough walkthrough, going room to room with her sharp eye for perfection and staging, and even repositioning furniture when needed. She made reasonable suggestions for minor improvements or minimal changes we believed necessary that ensured we would receive a full-price offer, and even has a curated list of reliable vendors with reasonable pricing who got the job done for the touch up work here and there prior to listing… Boy was she on point!—we listed our home and received multiple offers the following day, some above asking price!
