I can’t recommend Elisa Risner enough. She was knowledgeable, professional, and excited to make selling my house a breeze from the initial meeting, where she outlined our timeframe and expectations. In preparation for pictures, Elisa recommended simple things I could do to set my house up staging wise, to get the best interest in the house. These simple touches lead to multiple offers within a few days, all over asking price. The difficult part was after the house was under contract, my house is old and with old came a few problems.
