My wife and I decided to relocate to Humboldt County after retiring and, not knowing anyone in the area, we relied on online reviews to select Hannah as our realtor. Wow, did we ever make the right choice! Entering the market during a difficult time for buyers, we were skeptical that it would work out, but Hannah reassured us that she would get us into the house of our dreams and that's exactly what happened. Hannah is truly the consummate professional. She listened carefully to everything we said and she formed a clear vision of what we were looking for. She was exceptionally responsive and generous with her time and her expertise, visiting prospective homes for us when we couldn't make it out to Humboldt, running down the pros and cons of each home under consideration, and carefully educating us about neighborhoods throughout the area, things to know about housing materials and construction standards relative to the local climate, and so on.
