About Melinda

Melinda was born in Kentucky and raised in Ohio, but is a huge University of Kentucky fan. Having lived in six states, she knows first-hand the logistics required for a smooth relocation experience and enjoys helping others navigate their way home.

In 2011, Melinda began her real estate career in Military City USA, San Antonio, Texas. She moved to the Bradenton/Sarasota market in 2015 and obtained her Florida real estate license in 2016. Residential sales are her specialty and providing her customers and clients Professional Service with a Personal Touch™.

Melinda is passionate about assisting the underprivileged in other countries and serves as the President of Resolute Hope International, a 501(c)3 ministry, focused on making a difference in the lives of orphans and widows by providing food, shelter, and skills training to those less fortunate so they may provide for their families and become productive citizens within their communities. In her time off, Melinda enjoys spending time with her family and golden doodle puppy, Miss Scarlett O’Hair, going to the beach, and traveling.
