I was a first time homebuyer when I met Kris 12 years ago. She made it so easy and really worked hard to make sure I didn't purchase a house that I kind of liked...she made sure I loved it. When my mother died, she helped me with the sale of her house as well. She took care of everything and the house sold for more than we anticipated within weeks! There is not enough good things to say about our experience with Kris. We were first time homebuyers and had very specific requirements and she went above and beyond. She learned what we needed in a home and went out of her way constantly to assure we had options that fit our needs. The market was very hot when we were buying so she had her work cut out for her, but never once complained. She gave updates constantly and anytime we had a question answered faster than we ever thought would be possible. If you are looking for a realtor that is friendly, who will work harder than imaginable, and will help get you into a home that is perfect for your needs, Kris should be at the top of your list. If we ever have to move again we will be contacting her first thing.
