Nilou is the best. She is the best realtor period. From the moment we met in person I knew that we would get the house that we needed and wanted for our family. It never felt like we were looking for a home alone. In fact, she would text us listings that reminded her of us and she would even look at them in advance for us. We also appreciated her frankness and professionalism. Many times, Nilou would flat out tell us no for good reasons that we had not thought of, and that has saved us from walking into big mistakes, such as bad flips or rennovations. Nilou actually cares. She cared about us as human beings and not just as another client, which I can say is pretty rare from our past experiences. Even after our offer was accepted, her communcation never lapsed and she saw us all the way through to the end. I'll end with, Nilou is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and confident. If you want a house badly, she wants it just as bad and will treat it as if she is purchasing the house herself. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone moving to the area. In fact we have already recommended her to our other military friends and they were able to purchase their house seamlessly before us. You can bet if we purchase another house later on, we will be contacting Nilou again.
