I met Sheri at an open house in August 2019 and after that it was history. As a real estate agent from California, we immediately bonded and began looking for a house with casita. I just didn't want a house but we looked a for over a year but wanted income. Sheri kept her eye on the ball . She sent properties for my review but one in particular returned to the market several times. We made a contingency offer. Sellers agent let us know contingency was a problem and we removed it asap. We closed escrow. What you need to know about Sheri is she is tenacious, patience, and flexes her negotiation skills with perfect timing.
