I have heard it said over my entire life that "if something sounds too good to be true then it usually is". However, not in this case. On one of our quarterly visits to our mom's in Florida (to our surprise), she decided to sell her home and move back north. We never thought that she would move and we had no idea how to get this done. We started by searching online for someone to sell my mom's home in Florida and to assist with the purchase of a condo in Maryland right away since we were on a tight deadline. If I could give Debbie Ronson more than 5 stars I most definitely would! We were referred to Debbie by a longtime friend who lives in St. Augustine. We were relocating to Florida from Minnesota and needed exactly the time, attention, and availability we received from Debbie to make the property search successful. Debbie quickly assessed our preferences and found the ideal property for us In Grand Haven. Her efforts,however, did not stop there. She has excellent sources for all the post-close assistance we needed in locating a painter, carpet cleaners, locksmith, etc. She coordinated all this for us, met people at the property, and oversaw the entire process while we were packing and moving from MN. She ensured everything was in place for us upon our arrival and we could not be more grateful. One of the more important, but often overlooked assets, is Debbie's designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist. This specific designation was important for this senior couple as her understanding of the needs of senior citizens was invaluable in finding the right community for us. I was raised in Wisconsin, however felt the Florida lifestyle calling and moved to Tarpon Springs, Florida in 1980, where I lived for 21 years. My career then moved me to Gainesville, Tallahassee, St. Augustine, and finally Palm Coast where I have lived since 2010. My belief that your community is what you make it; so upon moving to Palm Coast I immediately engaged myself as a member of several service-oriented organizations, contributing towards the goodness that Flagler County has to offer as well as the lives of those less fortunate.

My professional life consists of over 20 years of a successful career in Sales and Marketing, Construction, and Executive Management in the Senior Living Industry, both locally and nationally.
