About Jennifer

I have always loved two things in my life:  People and being helpful.  I really enjoy helping others.  I guess you could say that I am a "fixer" or a "do-er".  Either way, I love to help people whenever I get the chance.

I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas and raised my kids here, as well.  I spent many years working in office management for my dad's business and then went on to work at a local pickle company where I managed the Accounts Receivable Department and, you guessed it, customer and client care services, with a dash of product development and marketing.  I had always wanted to be in the sales department but was told countless times that I would never be in sales because I wasn't a man and they only hired men for those positions.  I know, so many things wrong with that statement, but I had kids to raise and still loved my job enough to stick around.  I stuck around for 17 years and when my kids grew up and graduated high school, I went to real estate school, got my license and began my career in Real Estate.  One year later, I left the accounting department and went into real estate full time and never looked back.

In 2018 I started redefining my life.  Not an easy thing to do at the tender age of 47, but I knew I needed to change my life.  I prayed to God for such a long time for His guidance and direction.  On almost a daily basis, I found myself sitting in my car before work, crying, asking God to help me make a change in my life.  I asked for Him to put me somewhere I could grow and learn and be out in the world, around people.  I asked Him to lead me to something that would challenge me.  Something in which I could be really successful.  Something that I could really dig into deeply.  Let me tell you, when you ask God for a challenge and a whole new life and career, get ready, because He delivers!!! Not only have I become what I wished for, I am challenged every single day - and I love every minute of it.

Being a real estate professional has changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. When I first started my new career, I think I sold 3 homes during the first year - thank God I still had my day job at the time. I didn't have much confidence at the time.  This business is not easy and I wasn't sure I had what it took to be like the Big Dogs in the company.  My second year, 2019, I sold about 15 and earned the Quality Service Award.  My very first award EVER!  I had started door-knocking for new business and I LOVED it.  I became the door-knocking queen in my office and people were actually coming to ME for help.  Say what???  Then in 2020, COVID hit.  Everything stopped.  Except me.  I did NOT stop, I was just getting started!  I door-knocked every canceled and expired listing I could find. That year, I sold 25 homes and earned Masters Diamond and Quality Service Awards.  In 2021, I had my best year yet- I sold 65 homes and earned the President's Award, Centurion (based on adjusted gross commissions), and Quality Service Awards.  Over half of those properties were Luxury Homes.  In 2022, I earned Masters Ruby and Quality Service Award; 2023, Masters Diamond ( missed Centurion by 3 transactions) and this year, 2024, I have earned Centurion again with over 60% of my business being Luxury Properties.  These accomplishments mean the world to me and so do all of my clients that have helped me achieve these amazing milestones in my career!  It has allowed me to travel, to save money, to invest money.

Some of my other recognition and achievments are: 360 West Magazine Top Realtor Awards, Fort Worth Magazine's Top Realtors, Top Producers and Real Producers of Fort Worth Top 100 and Top 500 Agents.  I am also the number 2 Top Producer in the Century 21 Judge Fite Fort Worth office.

As I continue on my path as a real estate professional, getting this Luxury Homes designation was the next logical move as I intend to double my business this coming year.  I will always help first time home buyers and celebrate, with them, their very first home purchase.  I will continue to help the elderly and their adult children with estate sales to liquidate the home assets and then sell the home so they can have those funds accessible while living with assistance.  I will continue to mentor new agents in my office so they can become as successful as I have become - OR BETTER!  I will continue to give to charities near and dear to my heart. I will continue to pursue luxury homes as a way to achieve my goals and prepare for my daughter's bright future and my autistic son's care after I'm gone.  ALSO.......pursuing my dream of having my own Colorado mountain home in Estes Park, Colorado, hiking in the Rockies.  And maybe one in Ouray, Colorado so I can hike the San Juans.  And maybe even a beach house... somewhere....beachy.
