If we could give more gold stars, we would! Victoria answered a "blind" call from us, as we didn't have a realtor. Within 1 week we were able to find the perfect condo, get all the paperwork signed and delivered, and get earnest money to the seller. Within 2 additional weeks, we closed. Victoria and her team were always available to meet us for a showing, etc, and she even referred us to an attorney for the closing. We will for sure be using Victoria for future purchases/sales. Victoria was fantastic in helping myself and my fiance find the perfect place! At first we weren't really sure what we wanted, but as we toured numerous places with Victoria, we came to realize that what we wanted was a little out of our price range. Victoria was instrumental in helping us bridge the gap between these two conflicting expectations and ultimately helped us find something that allowed for 1) great location, 2) reasonable pricing, and 3) plenty of space for our home office. On top of this, we weren't always in town when these apartments came on the market and given how hot the market was at that time, we didn't have time to waste with waiting until we got back. Victoria went out of her way to look at numerous apartments day after day while Face Timing us wherever we were. I cannot stress the level of dedication, attention to detail and level of responsiveness that she exhibited. Wherever we go next, Victoria will be our first call!
