What do Clients Say?
When we were relocated in the middle of the school year, we needed an expert team to help us sell our 1.2m home. We were focused on relocating our three kids into new schools and starting new jobs. Libby and David came in and it was a seamless transaction. Libby helped get our home picture perfect and we could not believe the online presence she created. From marketing, to communication, to negotiating and literally helping us pack boxes- Libby and her team were amazing. The open houses worked and we were under contract with an above asking offer in no time. Truly a luxury experience for us that could have been very stressful had we not had people who knew how to take the ball, execute the plan, and score.

About Elizabeth "Libby"
As a life-long learner and former educator, Libby values trust, integrity and the fiduciary relationship between her clients with the upmost importance. She spent many precious (and scary) hours under a house and in an attic with her father who was a home inspector; she also staged homes for clients and agents alike prior to entering the real estate profession. These experiences are priceless and help her serve both her sellers and her buyers as they are preparing for market and negotiating repairs. Libby believes delivering a luxury experience to her clients with all the southern hospitality available is paramount and should be coupled with expertise in the market place and keen emotional intelligence when negotiating.
Having lived in the Carolinas most all of her life, Libby has called Charlotte home for close to 25 years. She taught middle school for many years and continued education is a life-long passion. Libby's young adults attended both public and private schools, as well as state universities. Her philenthropic endeavers are lead from both her heart and her global connections she has made in her travels. She supports organizations that are dear to her soul, as well as to those of her clients.
She truly believes it is an honor for her clients to trust her with most often their most valuable asset. Listening to their goals first is the catalyst to establishing a plan to meet and execute those goals well.
