Kevin Castro is THE realtor in the Burke-Catawba-Caldwell area, hands down. He hustles hard, works out all the details for you, is super flexible with scheduling and has tons of experience in both buying and selling as well as construction which allows him to provide unparalleled levels of practical advice to his clients. Additionally he is extremely low pressure and doesn't mind if you find the perfect house the first day or 6 months later. Kevin is hands down the BEST realtor when it comes to patience and understanding of any and all situations. When we went to Kevin to sell our home, he was eager to help us sell. After we found the home we wanted he jumped to getting us ready for purchase. What NONE of us expected was a situation of "if something bad can happen it will." Kevin was a hero in these closings as this was a six closing, contingency deal that he was working all but one side on. Juggling 6 transactions at once is no easy feat, but throughout the entire process Kevin remained so professional, upbeat, and positive. With every bump in the road he immediately found a solution and made sure we felt at ease and as stress free as possible. He went out of his way to accommodate all parties and made it his mission to keep everyone up to date on all the changes as they were presented.
