Working with Will and Kyle Shults of Clough Team Realty was one of the better experiences in home buying/selling that I've had since I bought my first home in 1987. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable throughout our buying and selling experience. We had a long list of requirements for our new home. Great care was taken to listen to our needs, research the market, then to patiently show us over 20 properties. About Kyle

Kyle was immersed in the real estate industry at a young age as the daughter of Melissa and Andy Clough. In 2012, she became a licensed agent and joined The Clough Team at Keller Williams Realty. In that time, she has received her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, CLHMS with the Luxury Home Marketing Institute and her Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS). In 2019, she received her Managing Broker’s license, and in 2020, together with her family, opened their boutique brokerage C&S Residential.

Kyle has been involved with her local associations, serving on several committees. In 2019 she served as the WCAR Board President, and in February 2020, she was awarded WCAR Realtor of the Year. She has also served with her state association, TN Realtors, on several committees. Kyle now serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Realtracs, a regional MLS based in Middle Tennessee.

She is passionate about giving to her Church, Hope House International and Home Street Home Ministries. She lives in Franklin with her husband and business partner, Wil, their son, James, and their dog, two horses, and cat.
