Luxury real estate professionals are eligible to apply for GUILD™ recognition after earning the CLHMS™ designation, and closing two transactions in the million-dollar and above residential market.

Active Institute Members can earn GUILD recognition after being awarded the CLHMS™ designation.

Once you earn GUILD recognition, maintain your Membership in The Institute to continue using the GUILD trademark and logo.

  1. Earn the CLHMS designation
  2. Close two separate residential transactions within a recent 24-month period of application submission that have a Sold Price at or above $1,000,000.

Members can login to your Institute Member Portal to submit applications online.

On the CLHMS™ Application, if at least two of the three CLHMS™ qualifying transactions have a sold price at or above $1,000,000, then you will automatically be approved for both the CLHMS™ designation and GUILD™ recognition.
