After you complete the Canadian Luxury Online Training, you’ll be eligible to earn one of the highest designations in real estate, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™. This unique designation acts as a mark of assurance for buyers and sellers that you have what it takes to sell in the luxury market.

Once you complete the Canadian Luxury Online training, you can apply for this designation at no additional fee. To earn the designation, you must show you’ve had three transactions above the luxury threshold for your market area.

The luxury home sales and marketing training is the first step on the journey to becoming a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™. Successful completion of the training results in membership with The Institute and a wide range of exclusive tools, resources, and products to help you succeed in the luxury real estate market.

If you are not satisfied with the online course for any reason, let us know within 14 days of registration and before you complete the course and exam. Refund requests must be in writing and emailed to Info@LuxuryHomeMarketing.com. There will be no refunds or credits after 14 days or if the course is completed. Any refund will result in loss of Institute Membership and benefits, and live or online training would be required to rejoin The Institute.
