– Advanced Elite –

To become an Institute Member and earn the GUILD Elite™ designation:

1. Create Your Account
• Fill out the form below to create your account
• Submitting the form will create your account and direct you to the Advanced Elite Application in your portal.


2. Complete the Advanced Elite Application
• Fill out and submit the Advanced Elite Application with the required supporting documentation.
• Upon completing your application will be placed for expedited final audit review after submitting payment.
• Allow 1-2 business days for the final audit review from The Institute's Application Department.
• Institute application approval is required to be awarded and promote the designation.


3. Purchase the Advanced Elite
• Application submission provides conditional approval to purchase your first year of membership with The Institute.
• GUILD Elite Members pay $795 annually to maintain their upgraded membership and designation.
• If you choose not to purchase within 30 days of submitting your application, you will be required to choose a standard Training Option and re-apply for the designation using the CLHMS™ Application.


4. Complete the GUILD Elite Onboarding (30 minutes)
• Completing the onboarding videos will immediately activate your first year of membership.
• The GUILD Elite™ designation will be awarded to the membership account upon final audit approval.

The application requires three (3) Qualified Transactions that meet each of the following:

• Transaction Status is Closed.
• The Sold Price is at or above $3,000,000.
• The property type is Single Family Residential, to include townhome, or condominium single units
• PROPERTY TYPES THAT DO NOT QUALIFY
  • Multi-Family properties
  • Unimproved land/lots
  • Multiple Lots
  • Commercial properties
• You can be the Listing Agent, the Buyer's Agent, or a co-agent!
  • If an applicant was both the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent (double-ended) for a single transaction, the property transaction will only qualify as ONE transaction for the purpose of this application.
• The three (3) Closed Dates are within the last 24 months prior to submitting your application.
• Submit Supporting Documentation for each transaction as a PDF file. The Supporting Documentation requirement options will be outlined on the Advanced Online Application in your portal.
